ACE Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Institute with locations in Alexandria, Arlington/ Clarendon, Falls Church / Merrifield, FairOaks / Fairfax, Great Falls, Herndon / Reston, Leesburg / Lansdowne, and Tysons Corner / Vienna in VA welcomes the Marathoners to ACE Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Institute‘s Half Marathon at Alexandria Running Festival.

Event Description Alexandria Running Festival includes a half marathon and 5K in Alexandria through the Holmes Run and Brenman Parks. This scenic course is mostly flat and shaded providing a combination of trails, parks, and roads. There is also a 1K Fun Run for Kids 12 and under. Run a fast race on a flat course alongside two creeks with free parking at the start / finish, enthusiastic aid station volunteers, and great food and awards afterwards.
Packet Pick Up Saturday, May 27th, 1:00 to 5:00 PM — Pick up your packet, enjoy the Expo and familiarize yourself with the start/finish. Meet our charity partners and learn how you can get guaranteed entries to Baltimore Running Festival and Marine Corps Marathon.

Scoring Per USATF rules, scoring is based on clock time, not net time. If you expect to win an award, please seed yourself toward the front.
Beneficiaries At the 8th annual Alexandria Running Festival’s ACE Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Institute HALF MARATHON and 5K runners pursue their favorite sport to raise money for worthy causes. The proceeds help Marathon Charity Cooperation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and their charity partners.
