I love playing sports especially football, basketball, and track & field. An injury could have sidelined me permanently. It happened during my sophomore year. In the middle of a football game, I hit the ground in pain. I tore my MCL and strained my PCL and Meniscus. After the diagnosis, I was concerned that I would never play again. My dreams of playing in college looked in doubt.

The doctor told me that if I wanted to play sports again, I should go to ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Institute. There were Physical Therapists on staff who specialized in my injury and could bring me back to playing condition. After an initial assessment, the team developed a plan of recovery. At the end of my therapy and before any training, I attended college camp. There I posted my fastest 40-yard dash ever at 4.47. Amazing!
